Every human person is endowed by their creator with inherent worth. This ‘worthiness’ is a constant and is not dependent on our actions. This basic understanding of human dignity is central to our approach and informs our training curriculums and all our interactions. Each individual has equal value regardless of their circumstance, social standing, or past actions.
