Our approach

Every human person is endowed by their creator with inherent worth. It is easy to see this in a baby where we want to cherish and protect it from any harm. This ‘worthiness’ is a constant and does not diminish as we age and is not dependent on our actions.

This basic understanding is central to our approach and is a key component in our workshops, and all our work, where we emphasize the ‘humanness’ of each individual regardless of their circumstance,social standing, or past actions.

This allows CHEK to serve every person impartially while maintaining their dignity. The effect is that trust is built, setting the stage for relationship and community building.
