Restorative Justice (RJ) is an ancient approach to resolving community and interpersonal conflict. When thereโ€™s harm or conflict, RJ asks three guiding questions: โ€œWho has been harmed?โ€ โ€œWhat are their needs?โ€ โ€œWho is responsible to meet those needs?โ€ Circles are used to facilitate the process where all parties, including community members, tell their stories and a solution to the issue is sought.

In our workshops, we focus on RJ education where participants learn about circle processes, RJ values and principles, interconnections of all, impact of harm, empathy, accountability, etc. This is done through interactive exercises and role plays that make learning effortless and fun while exploring deep and sensitive topics.
