Listening, when it is done justly and equitably, is foundational to all personal, organizational, and social change. Listening deeply, and without ego, to each othersโ ideas, insights, and experiences enhances personal relationships, professional collaborations, workplace efficiency, and social transformation efforts. Our JUST Listening (JL) workshops are designed to help participants cultivate awareness of the thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that influence our choices and how we respond in our daily interactions.
When we become conscious of ourselves and what is happening internally, we can use that information to make deliberate choices about how to respond in any given situation rather than react automatically.
