The human soul is made up of the Mind, the Will, and the Emotions. If our thoughts and our emotions are not regulated, it can lead to harmful choices and actions. Discipled by Jesus (DBJ) premises that the soul must be submitted to God who is good and pure, by listening and then responding. DBJ teaches that Jesus asks five questions that help the participant to know, see, hear, believe and love Him. This spiritual influence and moment by moment relationship with the Divine will translate into a transformed, peaceful and righteous (just) life.
